Heather Castrone

Heather Castrone is excited to bring her 15 years of classroom experience to The Gooden School this fall. Mrs. Castrone earned Bachelor’s Degrees in English and Art History at the University of Connecticut, and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education at New York University. She began her teaching career at P.S. 290, The Manhattan New School, before moving to Los Angeles in 2008, where she taught 4th grade at Crossroads Elementary School in Santa Monica.

Outside the classroom, Mrs. Castrone enjoys exploring and experiencing all that California has to offer with her husband, two children, and their dog Kirby.
