Upon graduation, the William Morris Agency brought her to Los Angeles to pursue her career acting in theatre, television, and film. Amanda began her writing career with her play, I Am Grock, which won her first place in an international playwriting competition and went on to be directed by Neil Patrick Harris at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood. Amanda has written and directed for the European Cirque show, Teatro Zinzanni in Seattle and San Francisco.
